THE ROLE:

The People & Talent department is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our fast-paced, experienced Talent team to support multiple business units and hiring teams within AG. This person will manage the entire full-cycle recruiting process (from first interview to signed offer letter), for a significant portion of all upcoming roles in 2022 and beyond.

In this role, you will be responsible for hitting aggressive recruitment targets in order to meet the growing demands of our team, while simultaneously providing an incredibly thoughtful, consistent and positive experience for all candidates you are working with as they navigate through the interview and hiring process.

We’re looking for someone who can successfully navigate through a high-volume of critical (and often, shifting) needs, while not skipping a beat.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Establish strategies to effectively research, source, and recruit candidates for Corporate positions across the following verticals: Product/Product Design, Data & Analytics, Engineering & Supply Chain.
  • Build cross-functional relationships with hiring managers to understand the scope of their roles, team projects, and continued needs.
  • Focus on diversity and inclusion initiatives through targeted cold outreach and strategic sourcing efforts.
  • Quickly become a subject matter expert on AG’s talent acquisition process, in order to educate all hiring managers in order to run a seamless search beginning to end.
  • Provide insight and raise concerns in order to implement improvement.
  • Sourcing, recruiting, networking and forming relationships with candidates specifically within the DTC / E-Commerce space.
  • Enhance the candidate experience in every and any way.
  • Provide new Hiring Managers with guidance and initial “Hiring Process Onboarding” to help them acclimate to proper processes and systems to follow.
  • Work alongside other members of the People dept., scheduling and completing 30/60/90 check-ins with all new hires to ensure a successful on-boarding and acclimation process.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEBODY WHO HAS:

  • 3-7+ years of full cycle recruitment experience.
  • A proven ability to inspire and motivate passive, top-tier candidates, specifically within the DTC or CPG space.
  • A strong passion for growing within the talent acquisition function, targeting corporate recruitment as their long-term career path.
  • A genuine curiosity for what each hiring manager needs and a proactive approach to understanding, at a deep level, how to solve that through hiring.
  • An extreme comfort in owning the cross-functional relationships with hiring managers and hiring teams.
  • A diplomatic approach to coaching your teams through tough hiring decisions, and experience advising, influencing and challenging hiring team decisions when needed.
  • The desire to constantly learn and improve, knowing that only you can set your limits for growth.
  • A flexible mindset and the ability to adapt to change easily.
  • Recruiting experience within startup companies, where you’ve had to juggle multiple, high priority needs simultaneously.
  • The desire to adapt and learn the requirements of roles you’ve never worked on before.
  • Experience maneuvering through an ATS and expertise to offer insight into improvements when needed.
  • A passion for enhancing your candidates’ experience throughout the hiring process.
  • The willingness to promote and apply best recruiting practices, as well as unlearn and try new approaches when necessary.
  • An impeccable knack for staying organized.
  • The ability to handle heavy interview scheduling, rescheduling, and re-rescheduling like a pro.
  • An appreciation for data-informed decision making.
  • An ability to stay focused while also keeping an eye on the big picture.
  • An incredibly strong work ethic, integrity, and grit, matched with a naturally positive, collaborative and “can-do” attitude.
